Good Earth Website Re-Design

Good Earth’s old website was busy, crowded and overwhelming. I worked with the web developers to completely revamp it to make everything easy to find and keep customers on the site longer. The entire menu structure got over hauled and the navigation reimagined with UX/UI at the forefront. Every word was rewritten to ensure it was updated and best reflected their standards.

Overview

We decided to revamp our website after some customer navigation complaints. I worked with the web designers as a UX and Visual Designer to improve the Good Earth website so our customers would have a great experience shopping online.

Old Website + New Wireframes

After conducting usability studies, we found that customers were mostly confused when it came to the navigation of the site. We simplified the navigation options down based on priority and customers responded very well. We also merged the “Order Takeout” and “Shop Online” options, these were previously two different websites and the cause of most navigation issues.
